ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY
BLUE FARMZ (the "Organizing Company"), a limited liability company with a capital of €1,000, registered with the R.C.S. of PARIS, headquartered at 34 Avenue des Champs Élysées - 75008 PARIS, organizes a random draw ("Contest") reserved for registered participants.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This Contest is open to any adult residing in the EU, Switzerland, or the UK. One entry per participant using a unique email address, full name, and postal address.
Employees of the Organizing Company and their immediate family are not eligible.
Participation is free and with no purchase required.
ARTICLE 3 – CONTEST PROCEDURE
To enter, participants must submit their email on our website. By submitting, they agree to the rules. Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries will be invalid. Winners will be randomly drawn from valid entries and notified by email.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.Non-compliance will result in disqualification.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
200 prizes will be awarded to winners.Prizes are shipped to addresses in France, EU, Switzerland, or UK.Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or contested.No claim or appeal about the prizes can be made to the Organizing Company.
ARTICLE 6 – WINNER SELECTION AND DELIVERY
Winners and alternates will be drawn by two members of the Organizing Company.Winners are notified by email with instructions.They must reply within 7 days with full name, address, and phone number. Failure to reply means the prize goes to the next alternate. The Organizing Company will verify eligibility before awarding prizes.
ARTICLE 7 – AVAILABILITY AND COMMUNICATION

ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA
Data collected is used to manage the Contest, award prizes, and communicate about the event. Participation requires consent to use this data. Data is used internally and not shared. ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
The Organizing Company and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages or losses. In case of force majeure, the Contest may be suspended, modified, or canceled without liability. Participants accept Internet risks (data breach, viruses, etc.). The Organizing Company may adjust prizes as needed.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
No part of the Contest or its rules may be copied or used without permission.
All content (logos, texts, images) is the exclusive property of the Organizing Company and protected by law.
ARTICLE 11 – EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
Only the Organizing Company's digital records are valid as evidence.
These may be used in legal disputes.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law.
